Campaign: To warn against the devastating effects of drink and violence

A few years ago my brother Lloyd was killed the day before his 18th birthday when walking back from a party. He was attacked by three drunk youths who hit him over the head with a parking sign, threw him to the floor and kicked and stamped on him. Lloyd died of multiple brain haemorrhages and facial fractures.  Following his death, I decided to start a campaign against street violence and produced a film with the help of Fixers. I wanted to try to raise awareness of the dangers of violence and what effect it can have as well as the impact that alcohol has on violent behaviour.

By doing this project, I hope to be able to save at least one life and therefore one family by making young people understand the implications of drunk violence. The campaign has been very successful and I have recently been featured in cinemas across the UK with an advert for the campaign.
